Giuseppe Giusti vinegars are produced using a precise method that has been refined over time. Similar to wine, sweet balsamic vinegar is distinct to a specific region in the world where the grapes are ideal. Traditional Italian balsamic is sourced from Modena or Reggio Emilia. Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is made from Lambrusco or Trebbiano grape varieties.

The barrels are composed of various types of wood for different stages of the process, allowing the vinegar to acquire the intricate flavors of the casks.
